Why we publish it

Conesus is a small market that moves on a handful of transactions. Monthly county statistics are too slow and too broad to be useful on the lake. Tracking it weekly is how we know what frontage is really trading for, and publishing it means you know too. The numbers come from MLS activity and our own lakefront tracking, compiled by Matt Sharman, RateMyAgent 2026 Agent of the Year for Conesus Lake.
